Deleting your account & data

You are always in control of your information.

• Manager accounts: a manager can be removed at any time from the dashboard (Team → Remove), which immediately ends that person's access. To delete your own manager account, ask another manager to remove you, or email us and we'll do it.
• Reporters & crew: these sign in with a shared property password rather than a personal account. Rotating that password (dashboard Settings) instantly cuts off anyone who had it.
• Deleting a whole property's data: the property owner can request permanent deletion of the entire account — all jobs, notes, photos and records — by emailing craftlyapps@gmail.com from the account's registered address. We action it within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
• Photos are automatically deleted from our storage after 2 years. A property can request a shorter period — or, if you need photos kept for longer, just let us know and we'll arrange it.

Response times

Support requests: usually same day. Data-deletion requests: completed within 30 days, generally much sooner.
