Sends a sample "New job" notification to every registered phone — the quickest way to check a device is wired up. If a phone doesn't get it, the problem is on that phone (notifications off, or the app never registered); if it gets the test but not real job pings, sign out and back in on that phone.
Backs up records to the server and to cloud storage (R2), and mirrors new photo files to the cloud too. Runs automatically every night; use this to run one now and see each destination's result.

Maintenance staff
Techs sign in on the app with their name + the maintenance technician password (which creates their account). Names appear here — remove anyone who's left, or add a name ahead of time so jobs can be assigned to them.
Management logins
Each manager signs in with their own email + password, so activity shows who did what. They're created with a temporary password (min 6) — they sign in with it, then set their own in Settings. Any manager can add, rename or remove other managers (not themselves); the master password on the server is always a fallback.
Auto-assign by trade
Pick a default crew member for each trade. When a new job is filed under that trade, it's auto-assigned to them — and only they get the "you've been assigned" alert. Leave a trade on "No one" to skip it.

Copy receipts to other inboxes
Forward a copy of every payment receipt to one or more emails — handy for accounts or bookkeeping. Sent the moment each payment succeeds; everyone on the list gets their own copy. Shared across all manager logins.
Admin
Comp the account (free access, overrides Stripe), or start a "go live" countdown giving full access before a subscription is required.
